You will need your Drivers License , corrective lenses if you wear any to drive and lastly a list of medications if you take any.

The Drug and Alcohol Random Program is a DOT regulated system. All commercial DOT drivers must be added to a list so that they can be randomly selected for drug and/or alcohol testing. This ensures the roads are safe from anyone driving under the influence.

DOT physicals must be completed for anyone who holds or wants a class A or class B license.
Keep in mind EMT’s and C also require DOT physicals.
